Jairo helped me buy my first home.
During our hunt I had expressed my dream of buying a rental as well. 3 years later jairo reached out with an opportunity to buy a duplex. Due to 1. His connects he was able to get me priority due to it being a hot home and other competitive offers and 2. The property had mold so he was able to negotiate a lower price and helped me get the mold fixed to qualify for a loan. I have not regretted the investment since. Recently he helped me purchase my second home through the use of one of various home purchase techniques that I was not aware of. Initially I thought I would have to come out of pocket 20% but that was not the case. Jairo is very knowledgeable in his profession and even has contacts to other home needs like: roofing, landscaping , home renovation or improvement, refinancing, helocs, you name it he knows someone. As long as jairo is in the business I will continue using him for my real estate needs.
